New Member Login Problems:

If you just became a member and paid online via PayPal it can take anywhere from several minutes to several hours before your account is set up and active. We apologize for the delay but we have to create the accounts manually. Please be patient and we will get your account up and running as soon as possible! You also won't lose any time on your membership. We will extend the expiration of your account so you get the full membership term! As soon as your account is up and running you will receive an Account Activation message via email containing your username and password. You should also check your SPAM/Junk Mail folder incase the email containing your account info went in there.

If you paid your membership via regular mail (check or moneyorder) your account will be set up as soon as we receive your payment unless other arrangements have been made. You will receive an Account Activation via email when your account is up and running.

Exising Member Login Problems:

Are you an existing member but can't log on? If so, make sure to type both your username and password in all lower-case letters. Also make sure it matches the username and password we sent you in the Account Activation Email when you joined.

Haven't Heard Back From Us:

Have you sent us an email and haven't heard back after a reasonable amount of time? Check your Spam/Junk Mail Folder! Sometimes our responses end up in there!
