|Blueberry Fozen Yogurt|
|A tasty use for Maine Blueberries..|
|2 cups lemon-lime flavored soda - chilled,
2 cups blueberries,
1/2 cup sugar,
2 teaspoons lemon juice,
16 ounces nonfat vanilla yogurt|
|Place soda, blueberries, sugar, lemon
juice in a blender; process until smooth.
Combine blueberry mixture and yogurt.
Pour into a baking dish and then in the
freezer. When frozen, serve in individual
dessert dishes. A plain cookie would taste
good with the yogurt.|
