Blueberry Spinach Salad with Grilled Chicken
Sounds like a very interesting recipe! Number of servings: 8

8 3 oz breasts chicken, 8 C torn, fresh spinach, 2 C fresh or thawed Maine Wild Blueberries, 2 Tbsp finely sliced red onion, 1 Tbsp sunflower kernels, 1/2 Tbsp sesame seeds, 2 Tbsp canola oil, 2 Tbsp blueberry vinegar, 4 1/2 tsp sugar, 1/2 tsp dill weed, 1 pinch (or to taste) salt, 1 pinch (or to taste) garlic powder, 1 pinch (or to taste) dry mustard

Grill chicken on char-grill until completely cooked. Set aside and cool. Then slice chicken into strips. In a salad bowl, combing the spinach, blueberries, onion, sunflower kernels and sesame seeds. In a container with cover combine the remaining ingredients; shake well. Place chicken in a bowl with greens and pour dressing over salad and gently toss.
