Baked Brie with Guzman's Blueberry Salsa
Number of Servings: 2

1 wedge Brie cheese, 1/2 loaf crusty French bread, 3 Tbsp Guzman's Blueberry Salsa, 1/2 crisp, tart Maine apple

Place wedge of Brie in oven proof dish. Bake at 375 degrees just until the cheese starts to soften and slightly melt at the tip. (About 4-5 minutes) Slice the French bread and place slices on baking sheet and "toast" each side under the broiler which takes about 1 minute or so per side. (This step is up to you. You can bake the bread the same time you have the Brie in the oven or you can simply serve it cold. This is the way we serve it in the restaurant.) Once the Brie comes out of the oven, ladle 3 tablespoons of the salsa over the top. Serve with the french bread and slices of apple.
