1 lb Maine Crab, 1 Tbsp Motherís Mountain Maine Honey Mustard, 1 Tbsp ketchup, 2 Tbsp mayonnaise, 1 Tbsp green relish, 5 drops hot sauce (use more if desired, optional), 1 artichoke heart -quartered

Mix all ingredients except artichoke heart in bowl. Spoon 1/2 cup mixture over quartered heart. Place in small baking dish. Bake at 425 degrees for 15 minutes. Serve over leaf lettuce with a lemon wedge.
