|Maine Clam Dip|
|1 eight oz. pkg. cream cheese 1 can snows minced clams.
3-4 tablespoons fresh minced onion. 1 tablespoon of worcestershire sauce, a sprinkle of garlic powder and black pepper.|
|Using a fork press the cream cheese with the clam juice from the can of clams until smooth. It will use most of the juice from the can. Drain and discard the rest of the juice, then add the clams. Add remaining ingredients and serve with chips.|
