Corn & Crawfish Bisque
This soup makes a great starter or can be a meal by itself.

2 sticks real butter 1 large onion 2 one pound packs crayfish tails 1 can cream of shrimp soup 1 can cream of mushroom soup 1 pack Lipton Golden Onion Soup mix 1 pack Lipton Garlic & Herb Soup mix 8 oz sour cream 2 cups half & half 1 Tbls dry bell pepper flakes 1 dash course ground black pepper 1 Tbls Tony Chacherie’s Creole Seasoning 1 capful liquid crab boil seasoning 2 cups chicken broth or water 1 can cream corn 1 can whole kernel corn

Saute onion in butter until clear. Add everything else, bring to a boil, turn fire down low and simmer for 15 minutes. Serves 8 to 10.
