Maine Party Chicken
A great dish that makes chicken a bit more exciting!

4 whole, boned chicken breasts 8 slices of bacon 2 1/2 oz. jar sliced dried beef 1 can undiluted cream of mushroom soup 1/2 pt (8 oz.) sour cream

Cut chicken breasts in half to make 8 pieces. Wrap each chicken breast half with a slice of bacon. Using a buttered 9x13 pan, cover bottom with dried beef, then arrange chicken breasts on top. Mix soup and sour cream together, and spoon over the breasts. Cover and refrigerate 24 hours. Remove from refrigerator and warm to room temperature. Bake 275 degrees F for 3 hours. No other seasoning needed, and this reheats very well!
