Chicken Maximillan
A great way to spice up your chicken!


Ingredients:
2 portions, 8 oz each, boneless, skinless chicken (washed, drained, lightly floured) 1/8 lb butter 1/4 tsp tarragon 1/4 tsp ginger 1/2 oz triple sec 1/2 oz sweet vermouth 1/2 Cup orange juice

Preperation:
Saute chicken in butter with tarragon and butter. When chicken is golden brown, add last three liquids. Serve when chicken is tender. Garnish with fresh slices of orange and fresh strawberries. Enjoy!
