Black Sesame-Crusted Tuna
A great tuna recipe!

1 6 oz tuna steak, 2 Tbsp for coating sesame seeds, 2 oz Tamari, 1 small ball Wasabi, 4 slices of pickled ginger, 2 julienned (for garnish) scallions, 2 Tbsp sesame oil

Coat tuna with sesame seeds on both sides. Preheat a skillet to very hot. Pour sesame oil in hot skillet. Place tuna in pan. Sear both sides for 45 seconds on each side, or until crusted. Remove from pan. Tuna should be a deep rare red. Arrange pickled ginger to resemble petals on a flower. Place the Wasabi and a ramekin containing the Tamari on the plate. Slice the tuna thin and arrange on the plate. Garnish with julienned scallions.
