Sour Cream Blueberry Pie
A great dessert! Number of Servings: 6


Ingredients:
4 beaten eggs, 2 2/3 C sugar, 1 tsp almond extract, 1/2 C plus 1 Tbsp flour, 4 C sour cream, 4 C Maine Wild Blueberries, 2 C flour, 1/2 C sugar, 1/2 C chopped pecans, 1 C cold butter, 1 unbaked pie crust single

Preperation:
Place unbaked, rolled piecrust in pie pan. In a large bowl combine eggs 2 2/3 C sugar, almond extract, 1/2 C plus 1 Tbsp flour, sour cream and blueberries. Mix well and pour into unbaked crust. Bake this in 350 degree oven for 20 minutes. Mix 2 C flour, 1/2 C sugar, pecans and cold butter in another bowl and mix with pastry blender until crumbled. Sprinkle over blueberry pie and bake an additional 15 minutes.
