Blueberry Pie II
Another great Maine Blueberry Pie! Number of Servings: 8

1/2 Cup sugar, 1/2 Cup brown sugar, 5 Tbsp tapioca, 1/2 tsp salt, 1/2 tsp cinnamon, 8 Cups Maine Wild Blueberries

Combine all ingredients and pour into your favorite pie crust. Top with second pie crust, roll edges, pinch decoratively, cut air vents, spray with water, sprinkle with cinnamon sugar and bake for 1 hour 15 minutes at 325 degrees or until bubbly. Frozen Maine wild blueberries can be used in the off season. Just lay them out on a sheet pan to thaw before mixing.
