Blueberry Squares
Number of Servings: 8

3 Cups flour, 1 Cup sugar, 1 tsp salt, 3 Tbsp baking powder, 1/2 Cup margarine, 2 eggs, 2 Cups Maine Wild Blueberries, 1/2 Cup water, 1 1/2 Tbsp corn starch, 1 Cup sugar

For crumb mixture, combine flour, 1 Cup sugar, salt and baking powder; cut in shortening. Add two eggs and stir until crumbly. Put half of this mixture into bottom of 9 x 12 pan. Make filling from blueberries, water, corn starch and the other cup of sugar, cook until thickened. Spread filling over crumb mix. Cover with remainder of crumb mixture. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.
