Maine Wild Blueberry Zest
A mouth watering treat!

2 16 oz cans crushed and drained and save juice pineapple, 1 1/2 cups black raspberry jello powder, 4 cups fresh or frozen Maine Wild Blueberries, 2 1/4 cups water, 2/3 cups sugar, 3 Tbsp corn starch, 2/3 cups water, water (mixed with saved pineapple juice to equal 2 cups),

Cook blueberries with 2 1/4 cups water add 2/3 cups sugar to sweeten. In small mixing bowl mix 2/3 cup water and corn starch. Add to boiling mixture along with crushed pineapple. Mix jello with 1 cup boiling water, stir until dissolved. Add pineapple juice mixed with water to make 2 cups. Add to thickened fruit. Cool and refrigerate until firm. Serve it topped with whipped cream or sour cream.
