Steve, will look for the info you requested...

In the meantime, here's the Manager's report at the front of the publication. Dana Connors notes that two projects were nearing completion and would be read for use in 1979. The "enclosure for the new swimming pool and the new multi-purpose Forum building at the Northern Maine Fairgrounds."

Steve a word of caution for your friend:
Although uncommon, devil’s claw can cause serious side-effects of abnormal heart rhythm and bleeding. Other, less serious side-effects include:

rashes
stomach upsets
diarrhea
headaches
loss of appetite.

Devil’s claw has been reported to interact with anticoagulants, painkillers, heart drugs (for example dioxin) and stomach acid drugs (for example famotidine). You should use a dose of 500–1,500 mg of dried root or capsules three times daily.
That information is from this site.

... A good hard-working neighbor of mine is now suffering from arthritis in one of his knees. ... He asked me if there are any 'natural' remedies beyond aspirin that could help him? ... He's not too excited about drugs that feature such possible side effects as stroke and heart attack.

Property taxes consist of both residential and business sources (same rate). ... In 1978, Potato Service, Inc. may have still been alive and kicking (into the City's coffers).

Webmaster, in your 1978 collector's item, can you find near the back of the report a statement of revenue (it follows the balance sheet). ... The largest revenue item is generally cawled 'property taxes.' ... In 1998, the City's take specifically from property taxes was $8,153,656. ... The latest 2012 annual report says $13,368,839 for 'taxes.' ... The anonymous author may have lumped property and excise taxes together.

Sandy, he's semi-feral so very few people get to see him up close in person to make such a comparison.
