the modern military may be compared to a border collie that is trained to herd and cut out sheep or cattle in other words well trained and has a purpose then the commander (govt) comes along and tells the border collie it can only herd the sheep with the shortest tail or the one with the brown spot on it's tail. leave the rest alone or you will be in trouble with the sheppards. the poor border collie is trained armed and smart and raring to go so what happens he crumbles under the pressure buys a box of dog biscuits a six pack and lays aound under a tree until it is time to go in for the day

Wrightville - wow, Mona, how do you know a/b Wrightville ?? My maternal grandparents lived in there, early in their marriage; I used to take my mother and some of her siblings (in their later years) in to visit the old farm sight ... it was a great way to get them talking about 'the olden days!'
I have one aunt left in the County and lots of cousins ... it seems lonesome to go home now.

My daughter and son in law took me for a ride, we went to Ashland and to wrightville, back through Sheriden, saw 20+ deer in Sheriden, they sure look good and healthy this spring, nice and fat. Good to see them come back after that terrible winter 2008. Pretty day here lots of blue sky and nice temps.

Lloyd, let's call up the militia! ... I think they're gonna get us this time.
The Rahway River in New Jersey is almost 4 times its record flow for this date (88 years of records). http://waterdata.usgs.gov/nwis/uv?01395000

Sounds like Maine is being taken over by Canada.
The following is an article from my Utility feed:
" In a deal valued at about $108 million, BHE Holdings Inc., the parent company of the state's second-largest electric utility, Bangor Hydro Electric Co., plans to buy Maine & Maritimes Corp., which owns Maine Public Service Co., the state's third-largest electric provider."
I am pretty sure that Bangor Hydro is now owned by some holding company in Canada.
If this keeps going I might have to get a passport to visit Acadia and Bailey Island.
