| Description: | Bear Mountain Lodge is located in Moro Plantation, 12 miles north of Patten or 4 miles south of Knowles Corner on Route 11. The lodge and cabins all have complete bathrooms with hot and cold water. We have 4 six to eight man cabins plus 5 two to four man rooms in another building. All accommodations have oil or gas heat. We have out camps on Rockabema and Skitacook Lakes which have wood heat, gas cook stove and lights and an outhouse.
For our May thru October guests we have Housekeeping Cabins, do your own cooking in modern fully equipped cabins with kitchen facilities and sleeping quarters for up to 6 people. We furnish all bedding, kitchen utensils, towels and wash cloths, you need only to bring your own personal hunting or fishing gear and food. We mostly have board and lodging in November or a modified housekeeping cabin with supper in our lodge dinning room.
